Creation: Through Eyes of the quaints
With so more different religions, races, beliefs, customs, and people in the entire world, the question arises, where did it all come from? Every group in the universe has an humor about the foundation garment of Earth and the beginning of life as we know it. Several cultures continue to pass these stories down from extension to generation as oral traditions. However, most of these beliefs have been scripted and translated by elders of the culture the people never to forget. We see examples of these stories much in papers like The Holy Bible, The Holy Quran, and classical Mythology. No human beings story can be sure by science as an explanation for life, but this does goose egg to deter the people who continue to whole-heartedly worship and believe. I researched triad of the oldest creation stories from ancient Mesopotamia, Israel, and Greece and found that the three all shell out common characteristics, differentiating views on creation, and even plausible implication of evolution.
Ancient Mesopotamia
In Mesopotamia, there is a poem that governs the beliefs of the people concerning the creation of the universe known as Enuma Elish.
Within the sacred writing of the ancient Mesopotamian people the aboriginal God is Marduk, who is responsible for the creation of the world and the human race, and his building of Babylon itself (OBrien and Major 1982). Although Marduk appears to be the central god of the story, the religion itself is polytheistic. There are several gods and to each one represents something different.
The early gods of the poems have personalities of the given elements present at their time. In the beginning of the poem, there exist two gods, Apsu the freshwater, and Tiamat the saltwater. Tiamat and Apsu allow their amniotic fluid to mingle, practicing an act of sex.
