there was one major anyiance during World War II. The Soviet Union was attacked by Germany in 1941 and this was the commencement exercise of the allied human relationship between America and the Soviet Union. The bond between the Soviet Union and America was mainly formed do to kindred enemies. After the war there were two Super-Powers that emerged from the fighting. These two Super-Powers and then began to compete to for the top spot as the soul super-power of the being. This was the beginning of the Cold War, the war of knowledge and power. I believe this was the ace largest alliance change during this time in the instaurations history.
thither were several different policies during the Cold War from twain the United States and the Soviet Union. The United States put forth marshal Aid to countries such as Korea, Japan, and Western Europe in hopes to stop the spread of Communism. The Soviet Union offered Comecon to Eastern Europe.



Comecon was a economic aid that was intended to help spread communism. This was a very unstable time in the world all though there was no actual fighting divergence on hints the COLD in the Cold War. This time in America was also the biggest shove to stop communism in the world. The Cold War brought about much paranoia about communistic in the government along with other unwanted groups of people.
The Cold War was unlike any other war that the world had seen. There where all kinds of changes that come about in the world with no real fighting just muscle flexing.
